The item was sent out quickly and got here in great shape. I really wish your site had mentioned that surfboards come with a shipping fee instead of just saying free shipping on orders above $100.

I really appreciated how quickly the sales team got back to me and followed up on my email inquiries. That said, I was taken aback that the product pages on the website didn’t indicate when items were out of stock. It was a bit frustrating that I had to find out about stock issues through emails after making a purchase.

Inquire about the latest model updates, sizing suggestions, and great locations to hit.
I've snagged items that weren't even listed on the site.
